Hi, I’m Natalia, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I hold a master’s degree in counselling psychology and have training in numerous evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working with non-profits and running my own business.
I support clients through a wide range of concerns and am committed to providing a compassionate space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported in their growth. I am especially passionate about working with those navigating anxiety, challenging relationships, or long-standing patterns that no longer feel aligned with the life they want to live. Whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, or a stronger connection to your authentic self, I’m here to support you in reclaiming your voice and your power.
When I’m not in the therapy room, I spend as much time as possible outdoors or being active with my kids. Whether we’re at the park, exploring trails, or simply enjoying fresh air together, those moments help me stay connected, present, and energized. Being outside and moving my body grounds me and reminds me of the small, meaningful rituals that bring balance into everyday life.
We all experience moments that feel overwhelming or times when we feel stuck, defeated, and unsure about the way forward. These experiences can be isolating, but you don’t have to face them alone. I believe therapy is most effective when it’s collaborative, transparent, and grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship, and I will meet your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with care, curiosity, and compassion. In our work together, I bring a warm, steady, and non-judgmental presence, helping you gently explore the patterns, beliefs, and emotions that may be keeping you stuck. I see my role as supporting you as you reconnect with your strengths, expand your self-compassion, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and whole.
My approach is always empathetic, gentle, and warm. Whether you’re beginning therapy or continuing your journey of growth, we will move at your pace. I believe in your inner capacity for growth and aim to empower you to become self-aware and self-actualized by helping you explore your thoughts and feelings. We can work together to increase your psychological flexibility by learning to stay connected to the present moment, even when your inner world feels chaotic or overwhelming. In our fast-paced, distracted lives, slowing down enough to notice what you’re feeling, without judgment or avoidance, is both challenging and deeply transformative. Together, we’ll explore practical skills to help you make space for your emotions, clarify what truly matters to you, and take meaningful steps toward living in alignment with those values.
