Hi, I’m Tiffany—a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I hold an Honours BA in Psychology and Women and Gender Studies, a master’s degree in counselling psychology, and a diploma in Assaulted Women and Children’s Counselling.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working in frontline social services, including crisis intervention, reproductive health, and community-based support. These experiences have shaped my commitment to creating safe, inclusive spaces for healing—particularly for those navigating trauma, systemic oppression, or complex identity experiences.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll often find me listening to music, going for long walks, spending time in nature, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I find joy in the simple, grounding rituals that bring connection and creativity into everyday life.
My clinical focus is rooted in supporting individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, complex trauma, faith-based harm, and relational distress. I understand how vulnerable it can be to seek support—and how transformative it is to be met with presence, curiosity, and compassion.
I believe that therapy works best when it’s collaborative, honest, and grounded in trust. I bring a warm and nonjudgmental presence to our work together, gently helping you explore past wounds, unconscious patterns, and emerging strengths. My role isn’t to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you rediscover what it means to feel safe, connected, and whole.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that people are doing their best to survive systems and stories that weren’t built with them in mind. In our work together, I strive to create a space where you feel deeply seen and gently supported as you reconnect with your inner wisdom.
Our sessions might explore early experiences, attachment dynamics, or the emotions carried in the body. We may laugh, cry, reflect in silence—or simply notice what’s present. All parts of you are welcome here.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model of healing. I’ll always tailor our work to align with your values, identities, and intentions. Whether you’re processing the past or navigating what’s next, we’ll move at your pace. This is your time, your space—and I’m here to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and respect.
